Who is responsible

KOPUNO is the controller of personal data collected through this service. Questions about this notice or your data go to info@kopuno.com.

What we collect

• Account. Name, email, password, and optional phone number if you add one.
• Bookings and credits. The space, dates, number of people, pass type, payment status, and credit balance.
• Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation, amount, and a transaction reference. We do not store full card numbers.
• Messages. Name, email, and whatever you send through contact, waitlist, or list-your-space forms.
• Technical data. Device and browser type, approximate location from IP, pages viewed, and error logs needed to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use personal data to create and run your account, complete bookings and payments, issue credits, email you about reservations and account activity, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and keep the service working. We also use aggregated or limited analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure marketing.

Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (account, booking, payment); legitimate interests (security, service quality, basic analytics); legal obligation (tax and accounting records); and consent where we send optional news or where non-essential advertising cookies require it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• The workspace you book. We pass your name and email (and phone if you gave one) so the space can check you in and contact you about that visit.
• Payment processor. Stripe processes card charges on our behalf.
• Hosting, email, and security tools. Providers that host the site, send transactional email, and log errors so we can fix failures.
• Analytics and ads. Google Analytics, Meta, and Contentsquare may receive device and usage data, including cookie identifiers, so we can see how people find and use KOPUNO.

Some of these providers are outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally, we do so under a lawful mechanism such as the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed for sign-in, security, and preferences such as display currency. Analytics and advertising tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may stop login or checkout from working.

Emails

We send emails that are part of the service: booking confirmation, check-in details, password reset, and replies to messages you send us. If we send product news, that is optional and you can opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records for as long as you have an account and for a reasonable period after, including where tax, accounting, dispute, or fraud rules require it. Support messages and waitlist entries are kept only as long as needed to handle the request. Payment records follow Stripe's and our accounting duties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to info@kopuno.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Using KOPUNO

Give accurate details, keep your login safe, and follow the house rules of each space you visit. KOPUNO lets you find, compare, and pay for a desk. We do not operate the buildings. Spaces set their own hours, amenities, and on-site policies. You must be old enough to form a contract in your country to create an account or complete a paid booking.

We may update this page when the product or the law changes. The date above is the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised notice.
