Do I pay on KOPUNO?: Yes. You pay securely here when you reserve, so there is nothing to pay at the space when you arrive.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Any reservation can be cancelled at no cost right up to the start date.
Are the discounts real?: Every rate is negotiated directly with the space and re-checked monthly. If a space charges more at the door, tell us and we fix it.
Can I book for a team?: Yes. Set the number of people when you reserve, or message us for a shared company pack.
What if the wifi is slow?: Every space is speed-tested on a normal working day. Tell us if something feels off.
Do I need a membership?: No. There is no monthly plan. Pay as you go, or buy credits that never expire.
