What KOPUNO is

KOPUNO is the public brand of Laura Xhaferaj LLC. It is a marketplace technology layer. Guests find verified desks, compare rates, and pay on the platform. You remain the host of your space. We do not take over your lease, staff, or on-site operations.

Listings and bookings

You provide accurate photos, amenities, hours, capacity, and house rules. Guests book through KOPUNO and pay with credits or card before they arrive. You receive the guest details needed for check-in.

Keep availability and hours current. If a change affects confirmed visits, we may notify affected guests so they can rearrange or cancel under the consumer terms.

Payouts

Partner payouts are a flat amount per credit consumed on verified check-ins, paid through Stripe. There is no separate guest-facing commission percentage on top of that model. Exact rates sit in your signed agreement and partner dashboard. Kopuno will give 30 days' written notice before a payout rate reduction. No payout is due for a cancelled booking inside the platform window, or for a no-show.

Customers pay Kopuno on the platform. Stripe or another licensed payment provider processes charges and payouts. Kopuno does not hold partner funds on its own account.

Conduct and quality

Honour confirmed bookings, keep the space fit for professional work, and treat guests fairly. We may pause or remove a listing if quality, safety, or reliability standards are not met.

Not the full contract

Onboarding, insurance, data protection, liability, VAT, governing law, and termination rules live in the signed partner agreement. Start from the partner agreement template. The signed copy is stored on each of your workspace folders and can be replaced by sending a new email. This page is for transparency only.
